Gambling firm Bet365 have experienced huge profit rise in the last year.
The online gambling firm recorded a significant year-on-year increase in their operating profit in the 12 months to March 31, 2014.
In the last year, Bet365’s profits increased 81.5% from £179m to £320.9m.
The gambling firm also reported a 38% year-on-year increase in revenue to £1.3 billion.
Furthermore, Bet365 said its customers wagered over £26 billion over the 12 months, a year-on-year increase of approximately 36%.
As a result, the company increased its number of employees by 12% to 2,686 during this period.
Bet365 founder, Denise Coates, announced that the operator has donated £105 million of its total yearly profit to the Bet365 Foundation.
Set up in August 2012, the Bet365 Foundation has supported 20 UK-based charities.
