The British bookmaker, William Hill, has begun a new partnership with Premier League football team, Aston Villa, as well as the British broadcaster, BT Sport.
The terms of the deal with Aston Villa are undisclosed, but it is believed that, William Hill’s online division will become the football team’s official betting partner in the UK and Ireland.
The betting firm will also become one of the football team’s official partners.
Aston Villa’s acting chief executive, Robin Russell, said: “William Hill has been one of the leading brands in bookmaking for many years and the company has enjoyed a long and successful association with football, too.”
Following this deal, it has been reported that, William Hill have also entered into a multi-content advertising partnership with the pay-to-watch television channel, BT Sport.
It is understood that as part of the deal, the bookmaker will promote its gaming services across the various BT Sport platforms.
Furthermore, William Hill betting promotions will appear during the broadcaster’s coverage of Premier League football matches. In addition, the bookmaker will also receive additional coverage on the official BT Sport website as well as its mobile application.
William Hill, moreover, will also become a sponsor of all Premier League, Scottish Professional Football League, and FA Cup games that are broadcasted by BT Sports.
