Ladbrokes Bingo have launched a fun innovate Eurovision bingo card in celebration of what has got to be the campest music event of the year.
Love or hate the Eurovision contest, millions of people pull up a chair to watch the shenanigans every year – even though the United Kingdom have basically ‘nil pwah’ chance of ever winning it again .
The Eurovision never ceases to amaze, which is why it probably makes compelling viewing for lots of people. I have to say, the commentary sometimes is more entertaining than the acts themselves – Terry Wogan has been brilliant over the years, Will Graham Norton emulate Terry’s legendary commentary?
This year the UK is being represented by 80’s singing star Bonnie Tyler. She will try to impress the judges with a song called ‘Believe in me’.
Last year Engelbert Humperdinck flopped after opening the show – this time around it is France who will kick off the party. Bonnie will sing 15th in the contest this year, in between hosts Sweden (who are reigning Eurovision champions) and Romania.
Ladbrokes Bingo has produced quite a funny bingo card game, which could help watching the Eurovision even more entertaining. The Eurovision card they have come up with is very tongue in cheek, just have a read through of a few captions they have listed.
1. A country awards points for nothing but political reasons
2. An act appears to be miming
3. Everyone at home pines for Terry Wogan
4. An act leaves little to the imagination
5. The UK gets Nil Points
6. Somebody mentions Abba
And the captions go on…… The Ladbrokes team must have had quite a brain storming session to think of those, or maybe not, lol.
With the Eurovision Ladbrokes Bingo card, at least one thing is for certain – Someone in the UK will win something that is Eurovision related.
Who are your favourites to win Eurovision this year? Will Sweden take the crown again? Well, we will soon find out who the Eurovision 2013 Winner is.
