Nudge Nudge Bingo is a comically lewd and saucily themed bingo site, full of innuendos and suggestive images, which is powered by the Beast Gaming bingo software, and which is hosted on the bingo network of the same name.  Other sites on the Beast Gaming Network include 50 Shades of Bingo, Bingo Northern Ireland and Braveheart Bingo.

Getting in on the action

Signing up for a new Nudge Nudge Bingo account was a simple affair that took next to no time at all.  There’s no need to add any payment methods to open a new account but, as there’s no free bingo cash, you will need to make a deposit before you can play any games at the site.  Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with a verification link.  As soon as you have clicked this link, your account will be activated and you can start playing.

Have a nudge or two

Like a growing number of online bingo sites, Nudge Nudge Bingo doesn’t throw pockets full of free cash at you just for registering.  However, you are treated to a hefty 300% first deposit match bonus when you fund your new account for the first time.  Oh, and you will receive a free keying of a fat bird in a swimsuit, like the ones you win at the seafront fair in places like Skegness and Blackpool.  However, overall the promotions and specials at Nudge Nudge Bingo are a little thinner on the ground than they are at other leading bingo sites.

You beast!

Beast Gaming provides the bingo software used by Nudge Nudge Bingo and at first the platform seems decent enough but once you start to use it, the illusion is shattered.  The controls all feel a little clumsy and the gameplay is uncomfortable to use.  The sound effect will drive you up the wall too but this can be remedied by simply muting all sounds.  In defense of the Beast Gaming software, the online slots and other side games are a joy to play, with stunning graphics and pleasant sound effects but for bingo players, this may not be enough.

Ways to wink and nudge

At the time of writing this review (October 2013), there were just two bingo rooms to choose from at Nudge Nudge Bingo, both of which are 90-ball rooms.  In the bingo lobby, a third bingo room offering 75-ball bingo is visible but with a ‘coming soon’ label attached to it.  There’s also the promise of a mobile bingo platform to accompany the online offering but there’s no indication of when these new features will be added to the site.  We can only hope it’s soon.

All in all, Nudge Nudge Bingo is an okay bingo site but don’t expect a sleek and smooth playing experience if you visit the site, as you’re not going to get one.  We don’t want to make it sound all bad.  Some redeeming qualities include a generous welcome bonus and high quality side games, which is more than some sites offer.

Who’s doing the nudging?

Nudge Nudge Bingo is owned by Happy Days Marketing and is operated by Caddell Limited N.V.  All games and bets are licensed and regulated by the Curacao Internet Gaming Association.  Be aware that regulatory bodies in Curacao do not offer the same peace of mind and protection that more strict regulators such as the UK’s Gambling Commission do.
