Success at 888
We aren’t ones for reporting company profits here at Two Little Fleas, but when it’s 888 Holdings, the same lovely chaps behind Dragonfish and some of our favourite online bingo sites… well, we just couldn’t resist!
888 Holdings celebrated yet another record breaking year, reporting an annual revenue of £455 million; that’s a 14% increase on the previous year, which was £401 million. Annual profits also hiked up massively to a 28% increase on last year.
888 holdings also reported it had 17.9 million members across its casino, poker and sports betting businesses. Historically, 888 have a made a loss on online bingo, and some were expecting a repeat due to the oversaturated nature of the market. However, 888’s online bingo products showed growth, boosting by 7% to $47 million.

Brian Mattingley, chief executive officer of 888, said that 2014 was another record-breaking year where 888 yet again delivered strong profits and increased revenue, and that their strong brands, technology and marketing systems were attributed to much of the success.
Two Little Fleas is pleased to see the bingo producing such strong results. We think some of this is due to several successful offerings from 888’s Dragonfish white labels, including the extremely popular Giant Bingo, the recently released Dino Bingo and the brand new Sparkly Bingo. It seems that the Dragonfish platform and white labels have a significant part to play in 888’s success.
Two Little Fleas recently heard that there are to be 10 more Dragonfish white labels to be released this year alone. With so much market dominance, bingo players are going to have a hard time choosing from all the amazing offers flying around!
