Hot off the press! Exciting bingo news reaching us today of a massive buy-out deal between The Broadway Gaming Group, one of the UK’s largest bingo networks and 888, and it’s set to be worth somewhere in the region of $50m!

Butler’s Bingo owner, The Broadway Group, is set to snap up 888’s B2C bingo business, and B2B bingo business (Dragonfish), in a bid to accelerate its growth strategy. Already a dominant force within the online bingo industry, The Broadway Group are hoping the deal will open more opportunities when implementing their expansion strategy.

Big Bingo Expectations:

Thanks to the Dragonfish platform capabilities plus customer proposition, the acquisition should lay the foundations for what is expected to be a promising future. In a press statement, it was revealed responsible gaming will continue to be a defining feature of Broadway’s operations with the deal providing further customer protection capability.
