Charity Bingo have announced Comic Relief as their charity of the month for March and have set a target of £500.
In a blog post addressed to Charity Bingo players, they announced that they would be raising money for the long-standing charity which helps disadvantaged people in the UK and Africa.

The blog post was to thank players for raising a fantastic £399 for Riverside Animal Centre which was Charity Bingo’s charity of the month for February. Riverside is a registered charity that helps pets and animals in the South London area.
Comic Relief has been running for 30 years now and has helped thousands of people in the UK and Africa. It was founded by popular comedian Lenny Henry and Richard Curtis in response to poverty in Ethiopia.
One of the biggest events of Comic relief is Red Nose Day and the BBC held a traditional evening of comedic fund raising Friday just gone. Thus far, they have raised millions of pounds, but the problems they are tackling require far more investment.
