It seems that nowadays you just cannot switch on the TV without being greeting by one online bingo advert or another in the commercial breaks.

Sponsorship deals on some of our best loved soaps / programmes also seem to be becoming more prolific.

One online operator who has been relentless in the media is Foxy Bingo. They have launched one advertising campaign after the other and have also promoted their brands under sponsorship deals.

Foxy sponsoring the Jermey Kyle show has got to be the most memorable and I would have thought, longest running sponsorship campaign by an online bingo site.

You have got to take your hat off to Foxy and co, as these guys really are marketing gurus. They have used just about every kind of advertising they can get their hands on and then some.

Take their latest ad campaign for instance – The Foxy Bingo Prize Bus, which has been parading up and down the UK over the past month. This was another great innovative idea by the Foxy team and it certainly had the desired effect for them and drummed up loads of attention for their site.

Just about every bingo blogger out there wrote up about the Foxy Bus and it was also a big hit with the public.

Wink Bingo and Jackpotjoy are another two sites which have not been slow in coming forwards with new advertising campaigns to capture the imagination. The big inflatable yellow duck which swam up and down the Thames river in London not so long ago has got to be the most bizarre one to date from the Jackpotjoy team.

Jackpotjoy also enlisted Barbara Windsor to be the face of their online site and they have produced lots of different TV ads starring the lady herself as the queen of bingo. One of the best ones I have seen to date was when they launched their TV ad in conjunction with comic relief.  Barbara even learned martial arts so she could perform her own stunts in the advert.

When Wink Bingo landed on our computer screens they did so in a blaze of media glory and they also sponsored the hit TV show Family Fortunes for quite a while.

Bingo Brands which have made it to the top of the game in the industry have been prolific in advertising their wares – so the power of TV advertising really has helped them in achieving their goals.
