Ten Times More Likely You’ll Win!

Britain’s biggest bingo site has announced some changes with its no deposit daily feature, reducing the number of times you can play it’s Vibes game while boosting the chances of winning by as much as 10x. But the question hot on everyone’s lips is, how can you create more winners with less plays? There’s only the one way and that is the Tombola way.

Vibes is a relatively new invention having only appeared from January this year, but less than 6-months later and it’s taking a step back. It was available to play twice a day, once on Tombola and once over in the Arcade, promising £40K in prizes every week for free. There was no deposit needed to access the daily feature and one code would grant 14 chances to win a top prize of £5K every week. That was then. Vibes has been shifted to a more permanent location – Arcade…

…with no sign of it on the main Tombola website. The new rules are, one play per day and a maximum of 7 per week. The prizes remain the same with a bonus of £2 the minimum amount available to be won and anything that is won will be credited as cash with no wagering.

Make Way for a New Way to Play

The second change is the introduction of Free Form, which will reside on Tombola. This new daily feature is still no deposit and a 4-digit code is required to access the game. Every Monday, a code will be sent to players mobile phones automatically, but if you don’t receive one you can manually request one within the game. The code will grant 7-days access, with one free chance to win per day.

Free Form gives players 10 more chances to win compared to Vibes and it seems to be a hit with the community already. Prizes available to be won every day include 25p, £1, £5, £20, £100 and £5K. How does it work? Once activated, players must turn over 15 tiles, this is done by initiating play. Match the number on the grid to the number that is called to reveal a pattern. When you have four matching patterns you win the corresponding prize.

To win a whopping 25p! Whoopee flaming doo,” was one comment left on the Tombola Facebook page and it’s one I can get behind. Prizes of 25p are not prizes in my opinion and are very disappointing. It would be better to have a smaller top prize of say £1K with the remaining £4k distributed over the prize tiers for larger smaller prizes. Minimum prize should be at least a tenner not 25p. Twenty-five pence may be enough to play the new variant – Reel Bingo, it may even be enough for 5x 5p Paper Bingo tickets, but it’s hardly going to make an impact.

What do you make of the new daily game?
