I was a member of Pink Ribbon Bingo long before the makeover and whilst it delivered plenty of chances of winning, the design and theme was a little too animated for my liking. Two television stars; TamzinOuthwaite (known as Mel Owen in Eastenders) and Kate Thornton were dressed as cartoon superheroes, now you’ll find nothing of the sort, just an easy to navigate website with plenty of offers to tempt you into playing.
Overall impressions of the website is a positive one; white and greys with splashes of pink are so much better than the previous city scene with dazzling pinks and greens clashing together. The fresh new look continues into the bingo lobby and the bingo rooms and despite the rooms still looking like a typical Dragonfish bingo site, they’re so much more appealing!
Now onto the negatives; no live chat only a public help room with players typing over each other for a reply. Sometimes it can be just like a virtual stampede for the reduced section in a supermarket! Telephone support and email have restricted opening hours and cashing out isn’t exactly fast – far from it.
