In this video, we bring you LBB tester’s genuine experience with Bet365 Bingo. Wanting to see how this venue performs with regard to depositing and cashout efficiency, KYC verification and overall fairness, our tester deposited real money, played a couple of games and managed to withdraw the desired amount of money via PayPal. Despite a couple of technical obstacles during gameplay, her journey through this bingo room went with no major issues.
Bet365 Bingo is an online bingo room operating under the Bet365 umbrella, a corporation that has been part of the industry for more than 2 decades. Licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the Gambling Commission of the UK, this hub is highly committed to responsible gambling. Home to a diversity of genres, this operator features numerous variants of Bingo games, along with instant wins, slots, table and card games.
Before we share all the insightful details of our tester’s investigation, take a look at the highlighting moments of the journey:
- Tester of the day: EyeAmAWinner
- Deposit date, amount, and payment method: Wednesday 28th July 2021, £150 via PayPal
- KYC verification: existing account (previously submitted)
- Withdrawal request: Wednesday 28th July, withdrawal request of £50.29p via PayPal
- Withdrawal received: Wednesday 28th July, £50.29p via PayPal
Registration and KYC Procedure
Being a member of bet365 for several years, the tester didn’t have to go through the registration procedure for this test. In addition to this, KYC verification was previously finalized.
According to the Terms, the registration procedure requires a client to submit his/ her full name, date of birth, address, contact email, and personal telephone number.
Here’s one more important thing to memorize:
“1.3 bet365 may confirm a customer’s address by posting an address verification letter to the customer. All correspondence will be discreet and the envelope will not display any reference to bet365. When such correspondence is initiated, all offers and withdrawal requests may remain pending until the address has been confirmed as correct.”
It’s interesting to add that even though the tester registered directly with Bet365 Bingo some years ago, she was able to a total of 7 core gaming products offered by the operator. Meaning, she had access to sports, in-play, casino, live casino, games, poker, and bingo, of course, through her online bingo account.

Depositing
The tester logged into her account on Wednesday 28th July to put Bet365 Bingo to the test. Being a frequent player, she was surprised to learn she would have to confirm her email address and date of birth before accessing her account.
Having supplied this info, the tester was then welcomed back with a pop-up detailing an upcoming bingo promotion. This notification was followed by a reminder of her balance (£0.00) with a quick link to deposit.
The tester used that very link to fund the account. On the same day 28th July 2021, the tester decided to deposit £150 via PayPal. She typed in the desired amount and confirmed the transaction.
Using PayPal means having to go through enhanced security measures, such as verifying the account via a phone call, text message, or via the PayPal app. Our tester selected the text message assuming it would be quicker than waiting on a call or opening an app.
Following the authentication, the tester was then navigated back to Bet365 Bingo. Despite the menu showing otherwise where the funds were immediately available to play. All it took was a click to refresh, and the balance was updated, showing our tester’s account was credited with £150.
Gameplay
Before she was able to view the bingo lobby, the tester received a notification to select a bingo chat name. Everyone must do this at some point.
Wanting to explore some of the numerous bingo variants, the reviewer headed to the Housey room. Interestingly, Bet365 Bingo’s offering is designed for consumers who prefer multi-tasking, that is, playing in more than one room at a time. Our tester headed to Rainbow Riches Bingo to buy tickets for the next session while her current Housey bingo game was still in play.
When playing in the Deal or No Deal Bingo room, the tester encountered a small problem- the bingo game had disconnected. Observing the chat room, she spotted that several users have left the room and re-entered, so she did the same. This immediately fixed the issue.
Despite the freeze, there was no risk of losing money, as the rules indicate as follows:
“If you lose connection whilst playing Bingo, any purchased tickets will continue to play through and all winnings will be credited to your account accordingly.”
Furthermore, the tester wanted to try luck with Jackpot Giant. Having realized that to qualify for the huger sum, she needed to place the max stakes per spin (£4), the tester changed her mind.
Live Deal or No Deal the Big Draw is a take on the classic game show of the same name. However, the tester found this and Money Drop Live to be a bit complicated, so she proceeded to Beavis & Butthead.
Withdrawal
On the same day, July 28, 2021, the tester made a withdrawal request using the same method as for depositing- PayPal. To cash out, the tester didn’t have to navigate away to the merchant website, the request was directly on Bet365 Bingo website.
After inserting her password and the sum of £50.29p, the request was submitted. Five hours later, the withdrawal was complete, and the funds were in her PayPal account. According to the Cashier, withdrawals via PayPal should be processed within 24 hours, so our tester’s payment was processed within the stated timeframe. This marked the end of our investigation.
