A white baby lion cub named Jojo was taken away from her mother shortly after she was born in Germany in July to have a naval infection treated. While caretakers at the zoo tried to reunite baby Jojo with her mother, Nala, she rejected her daughter.
A German zookeeper called Jeanette Wurms took Jojo home with her, and her male pit bull mix, Lejon, has become a brotherly and fatherly figure to the highly endangered white lion cub.
It is adorable!
