This video report brings you valuable insights into our tester’s first-hand experience with Bingo Village. Launched in 1996, this US-friendly bingo room offers content by Parlay Games and Mobilots, along with interesting selection of promotions.

One of the reasons we selected this platform for one of our “From the Player for the Player” test reports was the significant change that took place regarding the company’s license. In September 2022, Bingo Village and sister site CasinoCastle obtained license from Curacao.

Our tester conducted the investigation before the announcement was made. However, it turned out that the current T&Cs are still in favor of the operator and not the player. How so? Take time to watch our video report on Bingo Village and find out!

Registration

By filling in the simple form, our tester was welcomed to US-friendly Bingo Village on August 28, 2022. As with all new players signing up for the first time, our reviewer received a $25 free trial bonus.

However, as he wasn’t interested in dealing with wagering requirements, he reached out to the live chat support agent to have the bonus removed. Within a few minutes, his request was fulfilled, and even the no deposit offer was cancelled.

Deposit

As soon as the unwanted bonuses were canceled, the tester was able to proceed with his investigation. On the same day, August 28, 2022, he funded the account with $200 in Bitcoin. Regardless of the currency used, all deposits are converted to USD.

The minimum deposit is $25, but when making a BTC deposit the minimum is $10. According to the Terms, players won’t be allowed to make a new deposit if their cash balance is equal to or greater than $100. The available deposit methods include cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies, and bank transfers.

Gameplay

As soon as the funds were added to his balance, the tester went on to play some games. His first choice was Blowfish Bomb!, followed by Dragon’s Revenge, Crackin’ Eggs, and Cupid’s Arrow.

A day later, on August 29, 2022, the tester launched Halloween Treats, after which he ventured into the Cozy Café, the only bingo room offered by Bingo Village. Luckily, the live chat is quite active and there are plenty of side games.

The next day he visited Cozy Café once again, played for a while, and then tried luck with Cleopatra VII. His next choice was Golden Buffalo.

On September 1, 2022, the tester checked out Caesar, Candy Cash, and Aloha Wild! The last game he played was Wizardry.

Withdrawal

When checking the “My Account” section, on August 29, 2022, he noticed that straight deposit has solid wagering requirements. The required playthrough is 3.5x for bingo games, that is 25x for casino games.

Although the Terms do mention this rule for bonuses, there’s no indication that straight deposits are subject to the same requirement.

“Unless otherwise stated in any specific promotion, all deposit bonuses (or match bonuses) are subject to a minimum wagering requirement:

BINGO: 3.5 times (3.5x) the value of the deposit plus the bonus.

CASINO: 25 times (25x) the value of the deposit plus the bonus.”

So, despite having the bonus canceled, the tester needed to meet a $5,000 wagering requirement to become eligible to withdraw. As the requirement wasn’t met after a couple of playing sessions, he didn’t even attempt to make a cashout request.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100. The maximum amounts allowed are $3,000 weekly and $10,000 monthly. Withdrawals under $3,000 will be paid out in lump sums, whereas amounts higher than $3,000 will be paid out in increments.

Exploring the Terms, players will notice that unless a deposit of $25 for the past 30 days is made, a customer won’t be able to withdraw.

(In order to request a payout, players need to have at least a successful deposit of $25+ made in the last 30 days.
Members need to make sure they have a deposit on file for the past 30 days to be able to withdraw. If your balance is above $100 and we help you make a deposit, and your deposits are expired (past 30 days from previous deposit) you will only be able to withdrawal winnings that came from that deposit that we helped you make. All other winnings before this deposit become void. Which is what you have won while the deposit was “active”. You can only withdrawal funds from the winnings that came from an active deposit.)

According to the Terms, withdrawals are subject to a processing fee, with the exception of Bitcoin.

(“Note that there will be charges for withdrawals, levied by the different payment processors. The preceding may range from $0 to $100 per transaction, depending on: (i) payment method (ii) withdrawal amount. These service fees include, but are not limited to, wire remittance fees, wire acceptance fees, foreign exchange differences, transaction fees etc. All of these fees will be borne by you, as the player.

Bitcoin: Free

Bank Wire: $75

Checks and Person to Person payments: $30”)

Payouts requested on Wednesdays after 10 am EST will be reviewed by our processing team until Wednesdays of the following week.
Finally, the Terms note that a KYC may be required upon making the first withdrawal request. As our tester didn’t attempt to cash out, no KYC was done on this occasion.

“ID Verification

Upon requesting your first withdrawal, BingoVillage will request copies of the following:
• Valid photo ID, such as Driver’s License or Passport.
• Proof of Residence, such as a utility bill (no older than 3 months).
• Please note in addition to the above, BingoVillage reserves the right to request copies or proof of ownership of the deposit method(s) used to fund your account at any time.”

Conclusion

With such drastically high wagering requirements on straight deposits, Bingo Village proved to be just as predatory as its sister site, CasinoCastle, which one of our testers investigated in September 2021.
Always read the Terms and Conditions carefully, and gamble responsibly!
