This insightful video brings plenty of valuable information on Bingorella, a Dragonfish-powered platform previously known as Wineroo Bingo. Curious to find out more about the entire offering, the tester registered, deposited using Visa Debit, played a couple of games, and requested to withdraw using the same method. She decided not to submit any documents for KYC, so to examine whether that would lead to delayed processing of her request.

Greenlighted by the Gambling Commission of the United Kingdom and Gibraltar, Bingorella is home to an extensive selection of games. Aside from the most popular bingo variants, the operator offers a whole spectrum of slots, instant wins, and table games. In terms of incentives, it hosts a variety of promotional campaigns as well as the Star Rewards program which allows punters to lay hands on versatile rewards.

Before we proceed, here’s a short recap of what our tester discovered after registering in this multi-licensed venue:

  • Tester of the day: bigmoneyrella
  • Registration date: October 5, 2021
  • Deposit date, amount and payment method: October 5, 2021, £150 via Visa Debit
  • Withdrawal request date: October 5, 2021, £75.48p via Visa Debit
  • Withdrawal received date: October 7, 2021, £75.48p via Visa Debit

Registration

On October 5, 2021, the tester visited Bingorella and created the account. This procedure featured 4 steps, during which she entered the necessary personal information and opted out of any bonuses. It took her a couple of minutes to become a member of this entertainment community.

Depositing

During some of the previous reports, the tester had issues trying to deposit using PayPal. The desired transaction could not be processed because Internet Explorer Windows 10 is not classified as a modern browser.

For that reason, she opted for Visa Debit, replenishing the account with £150 on October 5, 2021. Once again, she declined any bonuses so to avoid dealing with wagering requirements on winnings.

Players can also deposit using: Apple Pay, Interac, MaestroCard Debit, PayPal, Paysafecard, PaybyPhone, Wire Transfer.

Gameplay

Having finished registration and depositing, the tester went on to play a couple of games on the same day. Being a Dragonfish platform, Bingorella offers a diversity of bingo variants such as traditional 90-ball and patterned 75-ball, but has a fine selection of side games as well. Those include bingo roulette, mystery jackpots and more.

Due to playing in off-peak time, the tester noted that the rooms were emptier, which resulted in less prize money. Bounce’T was a strange room to play in as the full house prize money on display would go up and down with each number called.

Withdrawal

After exploring the operator’s lobby, the tester wanted to make a cashout request. To access the desired option, she pressed the “Deposit” button first. She then clicked the purple floating tab to the left of the screen before hitting the “more options” tab and then finally approached the withdrawal option.

The cashout limit is currently not stated at the bingo site. Players can withdraw using PayPal, Visa Debit, MestroCard Debit and Wire Transfer.

Once she typed in the desired amount of £75.48p on October 5, 2021, she was prompted a pop-up informing her that the request was successfully submitted. Two days later, on October 7, 2021, within a few seconds of receiving an email with her bingo withdrawal details, the requested amount of 75.48p was in her bank account.

According to the mail, it could take between 4 to 7 business days to have the transaction processed from the moment the mail is received. However, our tester waited a total of 48 hours, from the moment she submitted her request to the moment money landed on her bank account.

As far as the Terms say, a player may be asked to provide certain documents to have the identity verified, including notarized ones. Our tester deliberately omitted to submit any documents for KYC, and despite that, had no problems with transaction processing.

Conclusion

Deposit and withdrawal at Bingorella went smooth for our tester, marking the end of one more comprehensive report conducted as a part of the “From the Players, For the Players” project. Stay tuned for more video reports and as ever-play responsibly!
