In this video, we bring you our LBB tester’s first-hand experience with Lady Love Bingo. In order to inspect the online bingo room’s service quality, the tester visited the site and registered an account, deposited real money, played bingo games and eventually cashed out some winnings. She was required to go through a rather complicated KYC verification procedure and had to communicate with the support team to have it all sorted out.

Lady Love Bingo is a UK and Alderney-licensed online bingo room operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited. Various bingo games aside, it offers a fine selection of slots and table games from more than 15 top-quality software developers. It is equipped with a variety of promotional packages and other rewarding opportunities.

Registration and KYC Procedure

LBB tester started the sign-up process on Saturday 29th May at midday. The registration itself went well, with no issues to report.

Having registered, she went on to complete the KYC procedure. She submitted proof of address and proof of card payment, after which she was navigated away to confirm her photo ID.

This is done via a separate secure link, by scanning a QR code. This page is available on mobile phones only. According to the tester, there were no warnings of this anywhere on the website. After multiple attempts, the tester managed to access the webpage where she had to take a full-frontal selfie to prove that she’s the owner of the documents she previously uploaded.

Depositing

The very same day, on May 29th, the tester wanted to deposit £150 via PayPal. However, when accessing the cashier, she discovered that deposit amounts available for selection come as £10, £20, £50, £100, and £200, without the option to type in any other amount.

So, the tester had to make two separate deposits, one of £100 at 12:08 pm and the other of £50 at 1:57 pm on the same day, Saturday 29th May. Once the money was deposited, the welcome offer was triggered, but the tester declined it.

Gameplay

LBB tester played slot releases from multiple providers. Her choice was a couple of Megaways games such as Fruit Shop Megaways, Centurion Megaways, Reel King Megaways, Dragon’s Luck Megaways, and Piggy Riches Megaways, along with Adventure Trail, and Big Shots.

Withdrawal and Additional KYC Procedure

Later on, during the same day, May 29th, the tester decided to withdraw her remaining balance of £10.08 at 2:41 pm using the same method as for depositing, PayPal. However, the info in the cashier revealed she would have to wait at least 48 hours to have the account verified before requesting a withdrawal. As stated, an email is sent once the profile is validated.

Two days later, there was still no email confirming that her account is verified. Upon revisiting Lady Love Bingo, she discovered her proof of card was rejected.

The tester submitted a screenshot of the PayPal account homepage showing that she was logged in along with a screenshot of the actual transaction via PayPal. However, she was informed that those documents weren’t acceptable.

To check what the problem was, the tester sent an email to the support department, along with additional screenshots of cards, transactions, and PayPal account. A reply came in quickly, requesting more information from her.

Aside from the previously sent documents, the tester was required to submit screenshots of all payment methods registered to PayPal, proof of payment card for all cards registered on her PayPal account, as well as a screenshot of her PayPal personal information page.

On Wednesday, June 2nd, at approximately 3:30 pm, she received an email from the support team stating that the account had finally been verified. However, at that moment, she checked her casino profile and Cashier page which stated otherwise – that only her utility bill was verified and approved, but not the remaining documents. Although this was confusing, the tester took the support email as valid and proceeded as planned.

During the same day, the withdrawal request for £10.08p was rejected. Just like with deposits, the withdrawal amounts were specified in predetermined sums, the lowest £50, and then £100, £250, £500, and “Other”. Lady Love Bingo Terms and Conditions state nothing about the minimum withdrawal sum, nor do they state that it must be more than £10.

She then had a couple of spins on Reel King Megaways, managing to raise her bankroll to £12.36p, after which she made one more attempt to withdraw. This time, it was approved.

On Thursday, June 3rd at 9 am, she received an email and a text message informing her that the withdrawal was complete. According to the terms and conditions, section Banking Policy, all withdrawals are subject to a fee of £2.50p. So, after the fee was deducted, the final sum paid to her PayPal account was £9.86p.

Conclusion

While the sign-up process was simple, the KYC verification was complex and exhausting, and the tester also faced a hurdle during the withdrawal process. The available document upload form wasn’t clear enough, which led to multiple rejections. On top of that, the support team wasn’t of much help either, with several different agent requesting different types of documents, even though all the info had already been sent. The first withdrawal was initially rejected due to unclear terms with regards to the minimum allowed amount, yet the second one was successful and was processed in less than 24 hours.
