Tombola Bingo roomies take a VIP trip to Home Farm

If you visited these pages before, you’ll have heard us wax lyrical about a VIP trip to Emmerdale, on offer exclusively through their online bingo partner, Tombola Bingo. Well, in the midst of the all the ups and downs of the last few weeks, the event went off without a hitch on Saturday 6^th August, with 20 lucky Tombola roomies heading for Home Farm for a real once in a lifetime opportunity to get backstage at Emmerdale. Players started the day in Leeds, and got to meet Andy Sugden, Moira Barton and Adam Barton for a fancy lunch at the WeetWood Hall hotel. After a bit of schmoozing, it was straight to the interiors set, where there was a chance to pull a pint or two at the Woolpack, have a nosy round the Dingles gaff and of course, check out Home Farm. After that, it was straight to the village itself, for a wander around one of TV’s most beloved exterior sets. And if that wasn’t enough to make you green with envy, the guys ended the day with a helicopter flight over the village, complete with champagne and cupcakes. Can’t say fairer than that eh?!
