Buttercup Bingo Review

£15 free Play Now! *no deposit

Buttercup Bingo is the latest new bingo site to join the Live Bingo Network. Launched May 16th 2014 and powered by Cozy Games software, the site provides all players with a fantastic £15 free welcome bonus, no deposit required, plus access to some fantastic bingo games.

Getting started is easy, simply register through our link and create an account now. You will then be provided with £15 free funds to spend on both bingo and slots as soon as you are verified.

That’s not all though, all new players also get access to a gigantic 900% welcome bonus package. This comprises of a 300% first deposit bonus (Deposit £10 play £40) plus a very competitive 250% and 300% second and third deposit bonus respectively.

A Farm Full Of Fun

The site itself is well designed. The main feature of the site is of a cow called Buttercup (Hence the name) and gives off a generally nice, friendly and welcoming feel. There are rolling hills, barns and everything you would expect from such a site.

One thing I specifically liked was the responsive design. This means that it works great on a wide selection of mobile devices, including Apple and Android phones and tablets. So no matter where you decide to play from, you will definitely have a great gaming experience.

Creating an account at the site was predictably easy. It takes less than 5 minutes, you just need to enter in some details and then verify that you have a valid email. After that you will instantly have £15 of playable funds in your account and be able to try out the games.

A Wide Choice of Bingo Games

Because Buttercup Bingo is part of the Live Bingo Network, when you join you get immediate access to a decent amount of bingo rooms. At the time of writing there are currently 16 different rooms to choose from, most of which offer something a tad different.

You will find everything from traditional game variants like 75, 80 and 90 ball bingo, to more modern games like 30 ball speed bingo. Those of you who are on a budget will welcome the fact you can play penny bingo, plus if you are willing to play for a bit more, you can really push the boat out by playing for up to 50p a card.

Prize pots are not gigantic, but at the same time they are not tiny either. The network is growing and is a fair size already, because of this it’s not uncommon to find games with prize pots of over £100. Buttercup Bingo also has a few jackpot games, providing players with chances to win between £250 and £1000.

An Average Selection of Slots and Casino Games

Buttercup Bingo doesn’t have the largest selection of slot games. In total there are 34 different games, which when you compare to other networks, is not the largest selection. That said, the games seem of reasonable quality and from the limited testing of them, they seem to be quite fun and pay out okay.

One thing I do like about the slots is that you can spend your £15 free no deposit balance playing them. Normally no deposit bingo sites limit your free play to just bingo, that’s not the case at Buttercup. Plus if you do lose some money playing slots games, they also offer you 20% cashback on losses, which is always a welcome addition.

If you are a casino games junkie though, I say avoid this site. There are only a handful of different games, focusing on the classics like Blackjack and Roulette, there really is not all that much to do in this department.

A slight improvement on the casino games is the scratchcard offerings. There are 9 different instant games to play, none of them however looked particularly exciting.

When you take everything in to consideration, Buttercup Bingo is not a bad bingo site. The fact that it costs nothing to get started and you get £15 free to try out the site is most definitely welcome. Add to that the fact there are some nice bonuses, the site is well designed and the software is not all that bad, it makes Buttercup one tempting proposition.

It’s not all roses though, the selection of slots games is not the best, the casino games are pretty poor, plus the wagering requirements are in line with the industry average. Does that mean you should avoid the site? Well no, personally I think it’s worth a go, at least for the £15 no deposit bonus at the very least.

Pros and Cons

– Decent £15 free no deposit offer.
– Large 900% welcome bonus package
– 20% cashback on slots losses
– Good selection of bingo games
– Well designed website.

– Not the best selection of slots games
– Poor selection of casino games

This might actually be one of the first bingo website I have ever registered on. I am glad to be able to say that it hasn’t changed much, not for the worse, anyway. Love their selection of games!
