Pay Day Bingo Review

Pay Day Bingo is an online bingo site from Cozy Games, the people behind Bingo Hero and Bingo Chimp, and it’s operated on the Live Bingo Network, following the merging of the Live Bingo Network and the Winners Bingo Network in February 2014.  This means that there’s decent player traffic and healthy-sized jackpots to play for.  Pay Day Bingo is one of the more recent sites to employ the increasingly popular Cozy Games bingo software, which is a solid, easy to use platform to play your games from.

Before You Can Play at Pay Day

The signup process at Pay Day Bingo is pretty standard, asking for the usual name, address, email etc but you will have to register either a credit or debit card before you can complete your registration, even though no funds are taken at this point.  You are asked if you would like to make a deposit once the registration process is completed.

Bingo Bonuses and Pay Day Promos

There’s no free lunch for new players at Pay Day Bingo, so to speak.  You won’t be awarded £££’s for simply registering to play.  But when you do decide to fund your new bingo account, you are given a 350% first deposit bonus.  As far as we could establish, there is no advertised maximum for the bonus but we can only verify that we received a £70 bonus when we deposited £20.  The bonus has a 4x wagering requirement (10x for side games) attached to it before you can make a withdrawal.

You are given a further 250% reload bonus on all further deposits into your Pay Day Bingo account.  Like the first deposit bonus, the reload bonuses also feature 4x wagering requirements.

Not so long ago, many bingo reviewers and players would unanimously agree that the Cozy Games bingo platform wasn’t the greatest.  However, the recently updated Cozy Games platform is now a comfortable environment to play from, featuring just enough of what you need and not too much of what you don’t.  There’s a nice big ticket display panel, a simple but usable chat window and a choice of mini games that can be played from the bingo window.  There’s also easy access to useful links like the lobby, your account and the settings.

All of the bingo games at Pay Day Bingo feature progressive coverall jackpots.  If you win a full house within the displayed number of calls, you will win the jackpot.  If no player wins the jackpot, it rolls over to the next game, getting bigger and bigger until it’s won.  This certainly adds to the excitement when playing at Pay Day Bingo.

Bingo Rooms

There are six bingo rooms to choose from at Pay Day Bingo – a 90-ball room, an 80-ball shutterboard bingo room, a 75-ball room, a 30-ball speed bingo room and two free bingo rooms.  All six rooms are network rooms, which means that you will be chatting to and playing against players at other Live Bingo Network sites such as Aunty Acid Bingo and Bingo Hotpot.

Free bingo is always a welcome addition to any bingo site, especially when there’s no free bingo bonus up for grabs.  Pay Day Bingo offers two free bingo rooms – one for funded players and one for anybody.

The bingo chat was a little flat on the occasions we visited Pay Day Bingo.  The hosts were polite enough but there were very few chat games and regular players, who were chatting about personal stuff, generally dominated the chat rooms.  It all felt a little bit like a members only club and the host did little to remedy this.

Other Games

If you like to take a break from bingo, bingo, bingo, there are a number of slots, casino games and instant win games to play at Pay Day Bingo.  Choose to play these games as standalone in their own window or play them as mini games from the bingo play window, which is especially handy when you’re waiting for the next game to begin.

Cash in Hand or the Cheque’s in the Post?

Pay Day Bingo wasn’t what we expected.  It’s certainly one of the better built and operated Cozy Games sites.  If you like big bonuses and a great choice of bingo games then Pay Day Bingo is definitely worth a visit.

Owned and Operated

Pay Day Bingo is owned and operated by Cozy Games Management Ltd.  The games are licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.
