With diets and lifestyle changes

We all know that Gwyneth is a strict vegan, but did you know that Beyoncé and Jay-Z went vegan for a month during a 22-day-long “spiritual and physical cleanse”? Models Miranda Kerr and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley enjoy a part-time vegan diet, as do Victoria Beckham and Millie Mackintosh. With a part-time vegan diet, these stars can be sure they’re getting their five a day, at the very least.

With the odd cheat

Of course, getting healthy doesn’t mean you have to cut out every yummy thing for the rest of your life. Hugh Jackman posted a selfie of his lunch – a large portion of fish and chips – while he was visiting London. Given he is insanely ripped as Wolverine in the new X-Men film, we’d say having the odd cheat is clearly good for you.

From these pics, it’s easy to see how celebrities get healthy. They eat well, exercise plenty, keeping it fun with friends and pets, and they occasionally let themselves enjoy a treat – perfect advice for anyone trying to get healthy.

So how do you get or stay healthy? Give us your best tips in the comments!
