About Ainsworth
Founded in 1995 by Len Ainsworth, the Sydney based software developer was initially recognised for its creation of land-based slot machines, which became the stepping stone it needed to venture into other territories; Asia, Europe and North and South America.
Famed for their slots, Ainsworth is considered to be one of the largest slot machine providers in the industry. The brains behind the software, was also one of the founding members of Aristocrat – another reputable game developer which was established in 1953.
Thanks to the success of both software companies, Len Ainsworth is now a self-made billionaire. Aristocrat grew to become the world’s second-largest slot makes, falling just behind IGT! In 1994, Ainsworth left Aristocrat due to a cancer scare.
