I used to play a lot at BingoHero. Never had any major issues, but in my experience, the promotions are average at best. I like that I could play 30-ball bingo there, that was fun.

Bingo Hero – CLOSED - Detailed Review

Taking a Look at Bingo Hero

Bingo Hero launched in 2007 under the ownership of leading industry operators Cozy Games and ElectraWorks. The platform is also a part of the Best Bingo Network, whose services include modern solutions for gaming environments such as smart software, dedicated customer support, marketing, hosting and more. Some of the most successful brands like Swag Bingo, 001Bingo and recently launched Sailor Bingo have made quite a debut on the British market, due to their specifically tailored promotions and signature bingo lobbies with 30, 50, 75, 80 and 90 ball games. As a result of an earlier launch, the interface is a bit outdated regarding modern standards, although it is still very much functional. The entire content is available on multiple operating systems including Android, iOS, Windows and even Blackberry.

Goodies, Treats and Incentives

As soon as they join, players are welcomed by a week-long bonus boost on bingo. However, the operator covers an exciting array of traits, including jackpots, additional deposit bonuses, guaranteed prizes and free games. One particular bingo room offers real cash prizes without wagering requirements each Wednesday, meaning that all funds are instantly withdrawable. There are special rewards for members who invite their friends to join and major banking payment methods like VISA, Master, Skrill, Neteller and Boku are available.

Sizzling Hot Games

The choice of bingo games ranges from classic 30 ball to operator’s popular 90 ball releases like Big Ben, Victoria 90, Down Town and more. An exciting collection of IGT and Net Ent slot games is available at all times, including new editions such as Kingdom of Cash, Froots and Serena’s Treasure. Instant mini-games, scratch cards and keno can be found under two remaining categories which even cover a couple of table games like American Roulette or Aces & Faces.

Flea

Fringe Benefits

Newly registered members are automatically subscribed to a loyalty scheme which provides points for real money deposits. The amount of points depends on the game type and each £2 bet on bingo grants 1 loyalty point. On the other hand, every £10 wagered on slots gives one loyalty point. Redeeming casino’s points for cash is capped at 2500 per week. Official VIP programme with cashbacks, birthday presents and other genuine rewards is not available at this venue.

Conclusion

Bingo Hero is a now but a timeworn platform for occasional and weekend punters. Due to an outdated layout and the small number of games, it is not one of the better sites to carry the Cozygames epithet. Strong branding and the lighthearted theme is a thing of the past and bingo lobbies need constant upgrades to cater different types of players. Modest slots section is merely a way to kill time between bingo games, and not a chance to experience exciting gaming action. The other critical reason why the platform is not even worth considering is that it closed its affiliate programme with Twolittlefleas. Cutting off access to commission payments is a no go in iGaming business, and potential customers should be well-aware of operator’s poor practices.

Owners And Licensing

Cozy Games Management and its partner company ElectraWorks Limited are licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Commission and UKGC. Games and RNG are independently tested by iTech Labs and certified by eCOGRA to ensure fair play and honest payouts. Promotions, jackpots and other services are managed by the Best Bingo Network, whose prize pool is shared with other sister sites.
